PPS-b-PDMA-b-PNIPAAM is an amphiphilic copolymer.Poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) has both hydrophilic acylamides and hydrophobic isopropyl groups on its macromolecular chain, which makes the water solution of linear PNIPAM and the crosslinked PNIPAM hydrogel show temperature-sensitive properties.
